Mindfulness is a big part of our method. We believe that children and adults can benefit from a dedicated mindfulness practice. There are limitless ways to practice, and that is where we come in to show and teach our students the myriad of ways we can all incorporate this practice of peace-fullness in our everyday lives.
There is vast research that shows that a daily meditation practice can actually rewire your brain. You do not need to sit in a quiet room to make this happen, in fact quite the opposite. Our goal is to teach others how to find the quiet within, through a wide variety of methods.
