How much does my plant valuation cost and how long must I wait for it?

We prepare a standard asset and brand valuation report in 9 business days. It costs 3,200 PLN net. We do not apply academic textbook theories. We check machine age, hall efficiency, and real transaction prices in Silesia from the last 6 months. You get hard data on the table.

How long will the process of selling my company take?

On average, 7 months pass from the first meeting to the signature at the notary. To be honest, we don't take every assignment. If we see that price expectations are unrealistic, we'll tell you to your face at the very beginning. We respect your time and don't want to waste it on empty promises.

Will my employees and competition find out about the planned sale?

We ensure that no outsider finds out about the process. We send the offer only to 14 selected investors who must first sign a rigorous non-disclosure agreement (NDA). No advertisement for the sale of your factory will reach public portals or social media.

What exactly do you check during a Due Diligence audit?

We enter the plant and analyze 47 key points. We look for hidden debts, inventory accounting errors, and environmental risks. After 14 days, you will receive a 5-page report. We will clearly state in it whether the price of 3.2m PLN is worth paying or if you must negotiate down.

Do you serve companies from outside the Silesian agglomeration?

Our main Silesia Capital Advisors office is in Katowice on Chorzowska. However, we serve production plants within a 150 km radius, including companies from the vicinity of Opole, Gliwice, or Krakow. It is important for us that we can physically reach the hall and check the machinery park on site.

Who will lead my negotiations with the investor?

Your case will be handled by one of our senior advisors. We do not delegate tasks to interns. For example, Marek Wiśniewski has experience directly from production floors, so he knows how to talk about the value of CNC machines or casting lines. (P.S. We are with you at every meeting until the final transfer).
