By entering this site, we agree on simple rules. We are Silesia Capital Advisors and since 2016 we have been looking after the interests of factory owners in Silesia. We don't use fluff and we don't apply corporate games. The site was created so you can check how we value halls and how we look for investors for industry. By using the service, you accept these conditions. If something doesn't suit you, simply don't send the contact form. We do not allow copying of our texts or photos from production halls without the express consent of Piotr Kowal. Everything you read here concerns hard data from the M&A market. P.S. We present our services here, including asset valuation ready in 9 days and Due Diligence audit. Remember that numbers like 3,200 PLN for a report are net amounts and constitute a starting point for conversation. Every metalworking plant or foundry has its specificities, so final costs are determined individually. We act reliably, but in the production industry there is always risk. We are not responsible for sudden drops in steel prices or changes in the economy that may affect the value of your company. Our analyses are based on 47 key points, but the final decision to sell for e.g. 3.2m PLN always belongs to you as the owner. We do not take responsibility for decisions made without full consultation with our advisor. The site operates as Katowice technology allows. If the server has a technical break, we will fix it quickly. However, we are not responsible for errors resulting from your internet connection at the hall in Gliwice or Opole. We check every zloty, but you should also watch your signatures.

At Silesia Capital Advisors, we know that discretion is the foundation in M&A. Your data from the form goes straight to Marek Wiśniewski or Alicja Nowak. We do not sell your phone number to companies selling solar panels. When we start the sales process, we reach only 14 selected investors who previously sign an NDA.
